Melissa Bryan's Affidavit

9 - 16 - 05

To Whom it May Concern:

I, Melissa Renee Bryan (Formerly Abrana Segura Garcia - Bonney), do solemnly Swear before God and Company, that these events truly happened to me, that I have witnessed these things throughout my Life.
I do not know what I can say more other than in keeping with the tradition of pure, innocent, God - given honesty, "My word is my bond."
These people whose testimonies will follow, are of those who have known me for many years, and who would follow me through Hell if this is what was required.
They are by Name: Daniel Lee Bryan, Christopher len Walker, and Coleen Coleman.
I believe that it is my Billy (Whom I affectionately call "Billito"), does not care to come to those other than whom he knows as Familia.
He leaves it to me to deliver his messages as he knows I will do a good job for him.
Also, he knows I will not be frightened away.
I am strong and resolute in myself and in my Knowledge and Beliefs.
I do not care to lie to others and I do not care for those who would lie to me.

Dan Bryan's Affidavit

9 - 16 - 05

I, Daniel Lee Bryan, was in bed with my Wife Melissa R. Bryan at Chris L. Walker's Mobile Home on the evening of Monday, September 11, 2005, when Chris walked in the room about 10:30 or 11:00 p.m. and reported feeling his hair standing on end.
We heard a voice call out "Abrana."
Melissa asked Chris to turn on the light. He did and nothing else happened.
Then Chris turned out the light and moved to the center of the Living Room and again the voice said "Abrana," coming from the dinette Chair.
We then went outside of the Mobile Home.
The Voice continued to communicate with us.
At Walgreen's Store earlier that day, Chris had purchased a device that changes and amplifies your voice.
While outside, I asked Chris where this device was.
He told me it was in his bedroom with the cord wrapped up on the Nightstand.
I went back in the Trailer and looked for it, finding it exactly where Chris said it was.
I went back outside where the communication continued until about Midnight when we started to go inside.
I asked Chris to drive us to the local Gas Stationto go to the Restroom because the Trailer's Plumbing was not working well.
As we got in the Car, Chris had a problem with getting the Car to go forward or in reverse.
Melissa said "Billito! Release la Machina, Por Favor!" and Chris was then able to move the Car.
After returning from the Gas Station, I went to bed, but before I fell asleep I heard Melissa ask if Mama Catherine was here.
September 12, 2005
I came home to Chris' Trailer to find Melissa sitting on the Front Porch.
I then asked her why she was on the Porch.
She said that she had heard a voice say two times "Help me!" while she was trying to take a nap.
She got scared and bolted outside.
I checked all sources of anything that could have created it but found it could not have been artificially created.
I was also told about an EVP that was recorded.
As I listened to it several times, I heard the voice say "Don't worry Abrana, the Trunk is safe, I have sent the Regulators to guard it."
I affirm that I believe none of these things that happened during the evening of September 11, 2005 into the early morning hours of September 12, 2005could in any way be a Hoax as the equipment that was needed to do this was either not being used or was not in Chris Walker's Posession.
I believe the voice saying "help me!" was real because Melissa was at the Trailer by herself, there was only one entrance/exit to the Trailer, and the Tape/CD Player that could have been used to create it artificially was turned off and unplugged from all electrical sources and there were no timers present in the room.

Christopher Len Walker's Affidavit:

9 - 15 - 2005

I, Christopher Len Walker, do testify that we heard the voice of Billy The Kid call out "Abrana."
This was repeated as many as six times.
This voice was heard inside my Rental Mobile Home located at 1409 N. French Street, Space #36, Casa Grande, AZ. 85222.
This ocurred at 10:30 p.m.
Melissa then asked him "What is it, Billy?"
Billy followed me, Christopher Len Walker, trying tog et close enough to Melissa to get her attention.
We went outside where Billy was Coaxing us to follow him.
Billy then said " Abrana, come closer, I need you."
This was repeated two to three times.
Melissa asked him in Spanish "Where? Where are you?"
This conversation between Billy and Melissa happened near my storage shed next to my Mobile Home.
After a few minutes passed, Billy tenderly said "Everything is alright, go back to sleep, Buenos Noches, Mi Amor, Hasta Manana, I Love you very much."
We all went to the Service Station to use the Restroom because my Bathroom's Toilet was not functioning correctly this night.
My Vehicle then had a hesitating feeling to it that made it unable to move forward or in reverse.
After trying several times to make the Car move, we accellerated a little faster and broke free.
When we returned from the Service Station, another message came saying "Avenge my Death, Abrana."
This was repeated until we came to a point in the yard by a Tree and a hole in the Ground where the message was strongest.
We all tried to determine what Billy could have meant by this message.
We came to the conclusion that he meant for us to return for a Trunk hidden before his death.
Billy confirmed this conclusion by knocking once for "yes."
I, Christopher Len Walker, Danile Lee Bryan and Melissa R. Bryan witnessed this all at the same time.
Five or ten minutes later, as we were reviewing what had happened and recording it all, Patrocinio, Eldest son of Billy and Abrana, came to reassure Melissa that every bit of the visits and messages were in fact true and accurate.
He massaged Melissa's Head, Neck, and Shoulders.
Melissa told Patrocinio that "Billy is here."
Melissa told Billy "come get some of the cake I had baked."
Billy again knocked once for "yes."
This part of the communication ended around 1:12 a.m.
Soon afterward, Melissa and I, Christopher Len Walker, were guided by Billy to the left rear corner of my Mobile Home where we both saw a full shadow form of Billy.
There were absolutely No cross lightings, or other natural lightings that could have caused this shadow form to appear.
Our shadows were cast on the Trailer next door to mine by a Light Pole located out of range of Billy's Shadow.
I, Christopher Len Walker, was held back as Melissa was motioned toward Billy's Shadow.
Melissa felt Billy's Arms around her and he held her to reassure her that despite the Trouble in her life that she was going through, Billy would protect her.
Billy then told Melissa "Abrana, I Love you."
We watched as Billy's Shadow Form faded.
Around 9:05 a.m., 9 - 12 - 05, another message came over my phone saying "Don't worry Abrana, Joe is doing fine."
This was repeated twice over the phone.
9 - 12 - 05, Paranormal Experiment conducted with the Cake was a success.
Cake Slice, which was present on its plate at 7:00 a.m. was noticed missing at between 9:15 and 9:20 a.m.
None of us had touched the slice of cake.

I do hereby attest that I, Coleen Coleman, being of
sound mind and body, have read these hand-written
affidavits when she (melissa) and husband (Dan) were
visiting my home several mos. ago. It was just too
real not to be believed. I have had Billy come to me
and channel through me from time to time delivering
messages to her from himself unknown why I have been
able to hear, feel, and speak with those who have
crossed over.

Your "testimony" sounds very interesting. Tell me... Have you checked the Mobile Home property's past history? Do you live in Lincoln county, New Mexico? You say you have "photographic," and "EVP" evidence to support your testimony. I would be very interested in reviewing them.

How long have you had these unexplained "occurrences?" Also, have they been "repeated" since? I have many other questions, but I will only ask these for now.

I have checked the Property's History, and No, this was partially in NM and mostly in Arizona.
I can provide a Copy of the Tape that the EVP is on and the Photos can be Mailed to you.
