In 1951, a boiler in the theater’s basement exploded, demolishing part of the lobby, killing a young boy. The spirit of this child named, “Bobby”, is said to haunt the Kimo. Upon investigating, the staircase of the lobby was centered out, in which the boy’s apparition has been seen, wearing blue jeans and a striped shirt.
Also, actors have witnessed an invisible presence on the stage that trips them as well as moves the props. It’s now customary to bring doughnuts to “opening” nights, leaving one for little Bobby. Today, there’s a long string of “dusty” doughnuts hanging from a water pipe backstage. As long as the ritual continues, “the show goes on”, with no problems, and bobby remains satisfied. If not, several “unexplained” occurrences have happened “interrupting” the productions. Also, an “unidentified” ghost of a woman has been seen walking the Theaters halls. The Kimo Theater is located in Albuquerque, at 423 Central Nw, in the downtown area.

My Heart goes out to that Little One's Spirit that is trapped there. Since I work well with young Souls, maybe I can talk him into moving on.
